On Tuesday, September 9th San Diego’s best sausage joint, Salt & Cleaver, will team up with Green Flash Brew Co. for its first ever Sausage and Beer Extravaganza! Right in the heart of Hillcrest, this event will feature a 5-course dinner crafted by Salt & Cleaver’s Executive Chef Carlos Anthony, paired perfectly with Green Flash Brew Co.’s delicious yearly and seasonal craft beers.
Green Flash’s Director of Beer Education, Dave Adams, will be leading us through the beer pairings, discussing the ingredients and processes used to create their unique beers, along with Chef Carlos Anthony leading the discussion on the dishes he has created with ingredients supplied by local farms.
