After moving to San Diego\, Greg earned a position as executive sous chef at Pamplemousse Grille\, working with Chef Jeffery Strauss. In 2011\, Greg became Chef de Cuisine at La Costa resort’s Bluefire Grill. With a farm to table approach and passion for local ingredients\, he spent three years there refining his personal style.
