This competitive beer dinner, featuring the finalists from 2015 March Hop Madness, will let YOU, the attendee, decide which brewery best pairs their beers with the menu HopCat has created.

(*In order to keep things fair we will not be releasing Beer Pairings until the day of the Competition)

1st Course:
Southwest Sushi

2nd Course:
Bison ribs with a fig balsamic glaze. Served with roasted Brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes

3rd Course:
Lemon basil ricotta cheesecake with shortbread crust and honey drizzle
