MENU:

First Course:
Edward’s Country Ham and Cheddar Biscuits with Apple Butter and Local Spring Green Salad.
Paired with Green Flash Passion Fruit Kicker.

Second Course:
Homemade Tagliatelle with Three Bird Meatballs and House-made Ricotta and Local Greens.
Paired with Green Flash Dia de los Serranos Double Stout.

Third Course:
Maple Beignets with Stout Crème Anglaise.
Paired with Green Flash Cosmic Ristretto Porter with Espresso.

Classes will be held in TASTE’s kitchen at our Norfolk location at 6464 Hampton Boulevard. Each event will begin at 6:30 pm and will feature a decadent menu, paired with hand-selected beers. Participants will take home all the recipes from their class to re-create the dishes at home for family and friends.

Space is limited, and pre-paid reservations are required. Please note: Nothing will be mailed to you; if you reserve online, we will simply e-mail you the same day or on the next business day to confirm that you have reserved your seat(s). Reservations are required, must be pre-paid, and are non-refundable as of noon on the Friday prior to the class. Any refunds prior to the cancellation deadline will be made in the form of store credit.
