Don’t miss the DoG Street Pub Firkin Fest: a beer & food festival featuring cask ale.

The Blues sound flourishes in the roots of music, much like Cask Beer is raw & unfiltered. Taste the beer tapped at the source.

Firkins refer to Cask conditioned ale which means that beer is made unfiltered and without the use of carbon dioxide or nitrogen. It is also called “real ale.” Real ale is a term for the conditioning of the beer but not defining the beer style. While it is true that every beer served will be a cask conditioned beer, there will be many styles represented such as, but not limited to, Porters, IPAs, and Stouts.

This event will feature live blues music on two stages. This year, performers include the Bobby BlackHat Walters Band, Anthony Rosano and The Conqueroos , Billy Joe Trio, Zack Salsberry Music, and Shelly Thiss – lead singer of the Mike Lucci Band.
