This 8.5% White IPA is a meticulous and brilliant blend is aged in both red and white barrels, this unique brew is delightfully zesty, spicy, and fresh with the classic hop-forward characteristics of an IPA.

This 8.5% Belgian style Tripel is brewed w/ Chinese Ginger, Grains of Paradise and pale malt flavors provide a solid base for zesty Czech Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. Monastery Ale Yeast lends a fruity, spicy profile reminiscent of classic, Trappist ales—a time-honored monastic brewing method.
2nd Course entree…
Choice of either soy glazed chicken or caramelized pork belly
paired with Sepia Frumento
At 13.5% Sepia Frumento starts out as our legendary, California-influenced Barleywine. It is aged for 2 years in fine bourbon barrels, and then meticulously blended by our Barrelmaster so that the finished beer retains a bold and complex oaky character. This presents an aroma of pure bourbon with a touch of toffee. Each sip envelops the palate with big notes of caramel and vanilla with decadent hints of dark molasses and raisins.
Desert- A Surprise!?!?!
Paired with Flander’s Drive
This is our version of a traditional Belgian flanders red. This 6.9% beer is aged in oak fouders for over 6 month this beer was transferred into the left over Silva Stout Bourbon Barrels to age for another 18 months till it’s ready. This is a onetime beer as we will not be making it again!!!
Reception Beer available at 6:30pm with the first course proptly served @ 7pm.
