Get your bottle of Barrelmaster’s Reserve without having to stand in line!

The latest in the Barrelmaster’s reserve series, Ghost Magic (a Barrel-aged Stout) will be available for purchase from 9am through 10pm (or sold out) on Saturday, December 2nd. If you prefer to purchase in person we’ll be keeping a few back to sell at Cellar 3 from 12pm during our Holiday Marketplace event.
Bottles are for PICK UP only, we will not be shipping but if you are purchasing from outside of San Diego we will allow you to designate a proxy individual to pick up for you.
Pick up details: You can choose to pick up you bottle at either of our San Diego tasting Rooms, Cellar 3 or Mira Mesa
Cellar 3: Pick up between 12pm Saturday, Dec 2nd thru 6pm December 29th
Mira Mesa: Pick up between 3pm Tuesday, Dec 5th thru 6pm December 29th
Bottles are limited to 4 per person and a total of 600 bottles are available online and at the Cellar 3 Tasting Room. Please note bottles will NOT be for sale in the Mira Mesa Tasting Room. That is a pick up only location.

Ghost Magic
Barrel-aged Belgian-style Stout

Ghost Magic is a deeply decadent Barrel-aged Stout, and a limited-edition beer from our Barrelmaster’s Reserve series. This haunting release charms the senses with captivating notes of chocolate, plum, bourbon, and cherry backed by a resonant coffee and spice cake quality with fruity Belgian esters. The base is comprised of Double Stout wort which is fermented with Trappist yeast and set to rest in five different barrels, including four bourbon barrels (Law’s 4 Grain, Law’s Rye, Woodford Reserve, Elijah Craig 12-year) and one new French Oak barrel (Cadus) for upwards of 28 months. It pours an ebony black with thick tan beer foam and long lacing, and presents an enchanting aroma of balsa wood, mocha, molasses, and mint.
