On Tuesday, January 13 at 7 p.m., Southbound will host a collaborative beer dinner with award-winning Green Flash Brewing Co., featuring six courses created by a few local standouts. In the kitchen will be Southbound executive chef Ryan J. Smith, Staplehouse’s Ryan Smith (no relation), Josh Hopkins of Empire State South, Jarrett Stieber of pop-up restaurant Eat Me Speak Me, and Eric Ottensmeyer of Leon’s Full Service.
