Biscuits and Jam on tables at arrival
1st course: Quiche with panchetta topped with Hop Head Red and Brown sugar caramelized brussel sprouts
2nd course: Double Stout baked french toast
3rd course: Double cream, cheddar & IPA custard topped with a fried grit patty and cajun prawn
4th course: Buttermilk Brioche cup filled with IPA lime Curd topped with a slice of creamy local camembert.
