West Coast Double IPA
Prosciutto wrapped asiago cheese with a sweet and sour celery seed drizzle along with focaccia bread zucchini and squash tartine.
Course 2:
Hop Head Red Double IPA
Toasted hazel nut, kinwa, julienne red peppers, rainbow kale salad with a kiwi vinaigrette.
Course 3:
Imperial IPA
2 Parmesan encrusted lamb chops over asparagus puree with a garlic potato cake.
Course 4:
Serrano Double Stout
Braised short rib with a warm Brussels sprout and cabbage salad.
Course 5:
Rayon Vert Belgian Pale Ale
Panna cotta with mint and fresh fruit.
